BECOMING: Believe in Possibility

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve

Jim Rohn said, "The ultimate reason for setting goals is to entice you to become the person it takes to achieve them."

Are you simply working on achieving a goal with an end date? Or are you BECOMING the kind of person it takes to achieve the goal and become the best version of your personal and professional self?

In the next 8 days, I'll walk you through a series of exercises to start the next 12 weeks with a new and more complete approach to BECOMING the kind of person it takes to achieve your goals.

Before you get started, did you write your goal down clearly? Start there.

(I highly suggest you pull out a journal or notebook and write this out. If it's in your head, it's just an idea.  You're about to transform your idea into reality.)

Are you ready?

Believe in Possibility:

Get your journal ready:

Step 1: Reflect. Do you believe your goal is possible? Do you believe it's possible for you? Be completely honest.  On a scale of 1-10, rate your belief.  (If you said 9 or 10, you probably aren't aiming high enough.)

Step 2: List everything you can think of that you must believe in order to achieve and live with this goal. Do you believe them?

Step 3:  List all the beliefs you are holding that keep you from going after your goal with unwavering determination. How can you replace those limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs?

Step 4: Practice the Law of Attraction: Since thoughts are energy, and since the worst case possibilities are no more real than the best case (they haven't happened yet), focus your energy on the positive.

Build your belief.  As "wo-woo" as this sounds, stand tall and declare, "I believe..."  It may feel silly at first.  But after 30 days of doing this, you'll have adopted this belief.  If your belief scales is at a 5 or less, consider breaking it down:  In stead of, "I believe I can be a successful entrepreneur AND be present for my family," you might change it to "I believe I can learn to..."

"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you are right."  Henry Ford.  Since it didn't happen yet, you get to make the choice.

It's highly unlikely you will journal and write these out.  There is a direct correlation between taking the time to do this, and achieving your goals.  You get to decide. Aren't you a little curious to find out whether this will work?  Is what you are doing today working?  If not, consider taking this journey with me!
